World Record Maraton Runner Is Also Top Competitive Eater
Went for a long run this morning.
Not the best 'Cross-specific training, but it's kinda relaxing. Gotta start running hills pretty soon though.
Dunno what it is about running that make ya "have to go."
I was about twenty-five minutes into it when I got a pain in my stomach and I knew it was "two time."
Luckily the trail was deserted cuz there was a barbed wire fence that was impossible to hop, given my state of urgency. Otherwise I would have gone to a nice, secluded spot deep in the woods.
Anyway, in about 60 seconds it was over. Good thing it's Fall and there's lots of large Maple leaves on the ground.
So I kept going until it was time to turn around and head home. On the way home, about 25 minutes later, I got the same feeling again. DAMN!
Made it home (luckily the door was unlocked) and ran right into the bathroom. Did my cool-down in a sitting position, if ya know what I mean.
As I passed by the mirror, I noticed the dew on my head:

Gotta stop eating so much granola.
